Available only with the Town & Country power vent system, our new horizontal power vent system sits perfectly flush with the outside wall and is fully adjustable to accommodate a variety of surfaces. New Smart chip technology allows the Electronically Commuted Motor (ECM) to provide constant airflow regardless of changing static pressure conditions caused by air heating while adjusting speed and torque automatically to maintain designed air volumes. Reduced noise, increased efficiency, and low operating temperature to extend the life of the motor make it one of the most effective Power Vent systems on the market.
Choose from two configurations:
Runs up to 25 feet
Runs 7 to 110 feet
Available for all units with the exception of the TC54
Our optional power venting allows venting to run up to 110 feet from an outside wall or roof surface and reach almost any room or commercial setting. It allows you to vent horizontally or vertically with up to six 90-degree elbows, including runs up to 3 feet below the fireplace.
The premium Power Vent fan runs quietly outside, at the external terminal.
Note: TC30, TC36, TC36 Arch, TC36 See-Thru, TC42, WS38, WS54, WS54 See-Thru units operating with a power vent must use either Simpson Duravent GS direct vent pipe, Secure Vent direct vent pipe, Selkirk Direct-temp vent pipe or ICC Excel Direct vent pipe with a 5" inner pipe and an 8" outer pipe. See your local Town & Country retailer or consult the power vent instructions for more information.
Town & Country's stainless steel vent terminal provides a solution for high elevation or hard-to-reach locations on large or multi-story buildings. The two-phase installation allows the sleeve to be installed during the construction phase, while the terminal can be installed from inside the structure when the fireplace is installed. The terminal's hardy, stainless steel construction is crafted to withstand wetter or harsher climates.
